Dip Laced With Curry 10 to 12 servings 2 six-ounce cans troll-caught
albacore tuna Break up the albacore into fine flakes in a small bowl. Place the albacore and cream cheese in a medium-size saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring, until the cheese has melted and the mixture is almost smooth. Add the lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire, curry powder, and salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until the onion softens, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a chafing dish and serve with water crackers. |
