| Deviled Eggs
A La Albacore From Marie M. 1 cup cooked troll-caught albacore tuna, drained and flaked Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove and then mash yolks, and blend in the albacore, mayonnaise, onions, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce. Mix well. Pile lightly into the eggs whites, and sprinkle tops lightly with chopped parsely or paprika for color. |
