Amandine From WFOA 4 pounds troll-caught albacore steaks Blanch and sliver the almonds. Met the butter, flour the troll-caught albacore steaks lightly and brown quickly in the butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Turn the steaks and add almonds and chopped parsley. Add more butter to the pan if necessary. Remove the fish to a hot platter, pour the almonds and butter over the top and surround with lemon wedges. |
