Albacore Stuffed Cabbages From Betty T. 12 pieces troll-caught albacore Steam cabbage leaves, then cut away the thick part of the ridge. Lay troll-caught albacore, 2 tablespoons onion, salt and pepper, and a little tomato sauce on the leaves. Roll up and tie, then brown in a non-stick frying pan with a little canola oil. Transfer to a baking dish, add remaining sauce and water, then cover and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350F. Serves 6. |
