Troll-caught Albacore Stuffed Cabbages

12 pieces troll-caught albacore
12 cabbage leaves
1 large onion, chopped fine
2 cans tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
Canola oil
Salt and pepper

Steam cabbage leaves, then cut away the thick part of the ridge. Lay troll-caught albacore, 2 tablespoons onion, salt and pepper, and a little tomato sauce on the leaves. Roll up and tie, then brown in a non-stick frying pan with a little canola oil. Transfer to a baking dish, add remaining sauce and water, then cover and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350F. Serves 6.
