Albacore Enchiladas
1 cup cooked and flaked troll-caught albacore Blend the can of soup with milk. Place some troll-caught albacore on each tortilla with a tablespoon of soup, some cheese, and a few olives and onions. Roll up tortilla and place in a lightly greased baking dish. Do all 6 tortillas, then pour remaining soup on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, olives, and onion. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. |
