Albacore Stuffed Baked Potatoes

2 cans troll-caught albacore, flaked
1 tablesppon margarine
1 ½ teaspoon salt
½ cup chopped parsley
3/4 cup grated cheese
6 baking potatoes
1 ½ tablespoons grated onion
Dash of pepper

Bake potatoes at 450 for 45 to 60 minutes or until soft. Cut the tops off the potatoes, then scoop out insides. Mash potatoes, add butter, seasonings, and milk; blend well. Mix in flaked troll-caught albacore tuna, the stuff into potato skins shells. Sprinkle cheese over the tops of each potato; bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
