2 cups troll-caught albacore
2 cups milk, scalded
1 ½ cups soft bread crumbs
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup grated cheese (last)
½ teaspoon oregano
½ cup chopped onion
1 ½ teaspoon grated lemon [rind]
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Combine all ingredients and put in greased casserole. Cover with the grated cheese or a pre-made pie crust. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
