Albacore Salad From Penny S. 4 pounds troll-caught albacore tuna, baked Place albacore loins into baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until white all the way through. Cool and flake into small nickel-sized pieces or smaller; mix mayonnaise, celery and all other ingredients together. Garnish with tomato slice, lemon, lettuce and parsley. |
