Pickled Albacore Salad

2 cans troll-caught albacore tuna
1 large red onion, thinly sliced
2 green peppers, sliced
2 oranges, halved and sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup fresh orange juice
2 bay leaves
½ teaspoon crumbled oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
Salad greens

Flake the troll-caught albacore; cover with the slices of onion, green pepper, and oranges. Combine other ingredients and pour over the fish. Refigerate for several hours, then garnish with greens.
