Canned troll-caught albacore tuna
Lettuce (head type)
Tomato
Red onions
Garlic croutons
Italian dressing or oil and vinegar
Parmesan cheese
Cucumbers

Make a tossed salad and just before serving, flake the troll-caught albacore and mix it into the salad. Toss with dressing and sprinkle the cheese on top.
