2 cups troll-caught albacore tuna mixed with mayonnaise
8 halves English muffin
8 slices tomato
8 slices Old English Cheese

Spoon the albacore mixture onto muffins. Top each with sliced tomato and 1 slice Old English Cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is bubbly and browned slightly.
