1 can troll-caught albacore tuna or an equal amount of fresh cooked
2-3 chopped hard cooked eggs
1 small jar chopped pimento
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup mayonnaise, or to taste

Mix ingredients well and spoon onto buns or rolls. Add cheese slices, lettuce and tomato, if desired.
