2 pounds troll-caught albacore tuna
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
½ cup mayonnaise
1 green onion, chopped
Salt and pepper

Bake the albacore in a baking dish uncovered until it flakes; cool. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve on crackers, between sandwich bread or in matzos.
