Open-faced Swiss Albacore Sandwich

½ pound albacore tuna, flaked
1/4 cup chopped stuffed olives
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Mayonnaise
6 slices of French bread
Margarine
Tomato slices
Swiss cheese

Combine troll-caught albacore, the pecans, and enough mayonnaise to moisten. Spread bread with margarine; top with tomato slices and broil 2 to 3 minutes. Cover with albacore mixture and cheese; broil until the cheese melts. Serves six.
