1 six-ounce can troll-caught albacore, drained and flaked
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
1 small garlic clove, minced
Juice from 1 large lemon
½ teaspoon dry mustard
2 avocados

Combined all other ingredients except for the avocados; blend well. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and place on plates. Fill the avocado centers and top with the albacore mixture; serve.
