This Fulfillment Policy describes how Alba Tuna, a DBA of Mindset Marketing Group, LLC, processes, packages, and ships your order. Because The ALBA Kit includes perishable items, we take special care to ensure it arrives fresh.

01Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. To preserve freshness, perishable orders are shipped on schedules designed to avoid sitting in transit over weekends or holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation by email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it ships.

02Shipping Methods & Timelines

We ship using expedited carriers appropriate for perishable goods. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.

03Packaging & Freshness

Perishable components are packaged with insulation and cooling materials as needed to maintain product quality during transit. Please refrigerate or store your kit according to the instructions as soon as it arrives.

04Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Promotional free-shipping offers may apply to qualifying orders.

05Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. Certain remote areas may have limited delivery options or extended transit times. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for perishable orders.

06Delivery Issues

Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate perishable deliveries promptly. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives in poor condition, contact our customer service team using the details below and we will make it right.
