Refund Policy

At Alba Tuna, a DBA of Mindset Marketing Group, LLC, we want you to love your kit. Because our products are perishable food items, this Refund Policy explains when refunds and replacements are available and how to request them.

01Perishable Goods Notice

The ALBA Kit contains perishable food components. For health and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used food products. Please review the eligibility terms below before requesting a refund.

02Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

03Order Errors

If you received the wrong product due to our error, we will correct it promptly with a replacement or refund once verified.

04Satisfaction & Eligibility

For non-damaged orders, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Eligible requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Unopened, unused items in their original condition are eligible for a refund of the product price.

05How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our customer service team using the information below with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team is available 7 days a week, 9AM–5PM EST.

06Processing & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

07Subscriptions

Charges for subscription orders that have already shipped are generally non-refundable. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription before your next billing date as described in our Subscription Agreement.
