Subscription Agreement

When you choose a subscription option at checkout, you enroll in an automatically recurring plan. We will ship your kit and charge your payment method on the recurring schedule you select (for example, monthly) until you cancel.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the then-current subscription price plus applicable taxes and shipping for each billing cycle, without further action by you.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until payment is successfully processed.

Subscription pricing is shown at the time of enrollment. We may change subscription prices or plan features, and will provide advance notice of any price increase before it takes effect so you can decide whether to continue.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. The renewal date is based on the date of your initial order. You will continue to be billed until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting customer service using the details below. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation stops future charges and shipments; it does not retroactively refund charges that have already been processed, except as described in our Refund Policy.

You may update your shipping address, payment method, or delivery frequency through your account or by contacting us before your next billing date.
